Images on the website are for reference only. Actual plants may slightly vary in size, shape, and color due to their natural characteristics.
We do our best to deliver healthy, well-rooted plants with proper packaging and care.
Order Acceptance
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
Product unavailability
Errors in pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or misuse of the payment system
Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full before order processing via Razorpay or other listed payment gateways.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship Pan India. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Delivery time may vary from 2–13 days depending on location and courier availability.
Once shipped, MSN Agro Farms is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners, weather conditions, or strikes.

Plant Damage and Unboxing Video Requirement
Since we ship live plants, we require a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened to process any damage-related claims.
The video must be:
Claims without valid unboxing video proof will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been dispatched.
Due to the nature of live plant products, we do not offer refunds once the order is shipped.
If a plant arrives damaged and is validated with proof (as per section 6), we may issue a replacement at our discretion.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or systems.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout process.
Limitation of Liability
MSN Agro Farms is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of our site, products, or services.
