At MSN Agro Farms, we take pride in delivering healthy, farm-fresh Lily Ginger Plants to your doorstep with care and efficiency.

1) Do You Ship Pan India?

Yes! We deliver our Lily Ginger Plants across all parts of India.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days from our nursery after receiving your order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 2–13 days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please note that shipping times may be extended during:

We rely on third-party courier services, so occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Once your package is shipped and handed over to our delivery partner:

MSN Agro Farms is not responsible for delays due to courier mishandling, weather disruptions, or logistical strikes.
We recommend monitoring the tracking information provided to stay updated on the status of your delivery.

We pack all Lily Ginger Plants with proper moisture control and protective packaging. However, since live plants are sensitive, we request:

Unboxing to be recorded on video as soon as the package is received.
In case of plant damage, the video must clearly show the box being opened and the damaged plant.
Email the video within 24 hours of delivery to shampoogingerlily@gmail.com for resolution or replacement consideration.
Without video proof, we cannot accept damage-related claims.

Currently, MSN Agro Farms primarily ships within India. For any special international shipping requests:

Import taxes, duties, and related charges (if applicable) are determined by the destination country's customs department.
These charges are not included in your payment to MSN Agro Farms.
Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
